Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SnowFire ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The App is developed and operated by Badger House Productions LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

SnowFire is a thermal therapy tracking application for iOS and Apple Watch that helps users track cold plunge, sauna, and steam room sessions with real-time benefit zone calculations, science-backed protocols, and health metrics integration.

Subscriptions & Payments

SnowFire offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions and a lifetime purchase option:

Monthly: $4.99/month with a 14-day free trial.

Annual: $39.99/year with a 28-day free trial.

Lifetime: $79.99 one-time purchase.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

SnowFire is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The benefit zone calculations, health metrics, and protocol recommendations are based on published research but are for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any thermal therapy practice, especially if you have cardiovascular conditions, are pregnant, or have other health concerns. Cold water immersion and extreme heat exposure carry inherent risks. Use at your own risk.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of tracking personal thermal therapy sessions. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SnowFire, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of Badger House Productions LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Badger House Productions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
