How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → select SnowFire → Cancel Subscription. You can also manage subscriptions directly in the App Store app under your account.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open SnowFire, go to the subscription screen, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Does SnowFire work without Apple Watch?
Yes. Apple Watch enhances the experience with real-time heart rate monitoring and water temperature detection, but all core features work on iPhone alone.
Is my health data shared with anyone?
No. All health and session data is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit your personal or health data to any servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my data?
In the app, go to Settings → Delete My Data. This permanently removes all session records, health data, and account information from your device. You can also uninstall the app to remove all data.
What Apple Watch models are supported?
SnowFire supports Apple Watch Series 4 and later running watchOS 10 or newer. Water temperature detection requires Apple Watch Ultra or Ultra 2.
